Another Inspirational Day

Great fun sailing off Inspiration Point today with a few DF65s. Started with 10 boats, but after an accident with a drone and a mainsail, then a couple of other malfunctions, the fleet was reduced to 7. Winds started around 5-8 knots but soon increased to over 10 knots producing beautiful offshore conditions. As the wind increased, it became more challenging to navigate the increasing swells. This venue is new a regular destination for the club and it adds another dimension to sailing. Russell was busy driving the rescue boat around, freeing keels from weed and rescuing a wayward boat. Video taken during lighter conditions..
